Boulogne-Billancourt, France
Standardization, self-regulation and maximization of ratios are the key words of student residence.
With 156 rooms and a R+7 building occupying almost the entire plot, this project is no exception to the rule. It nevertheless has a secret garden: the desire of coordinator Loci Anima to reintroduce biodiversity into the islet.
Read more: Golden CubeAll accommodations have an outdoor space. The 1.5m setback allows loggias to be placed on almost the entire facade. The filter effects, moiré effects or even the openings of the perforated metal sheet blur the contours of the volume. The cladding is colonized by nest boxes, inaccessible to tenants and requiring no maintenance.
