Elegant in its form, the project blends harmoniously into the site, creating a coherent and radiant ensemble for residents and passers-by alike. Height, combined with modernity and a contemporary aesthetic, lies at the heart of our project to transform the Agnettes site. The first two infill buildings, the centrepieces of this transformation, offer a unique opportunity to restructure the entire block. This includes the transformation of the four existing Grandes Sœurs towers, the redesign of the residential grounds, the creation of calm public spaces at the heart of the block, and the renovation of the surrounding streets.

We temper the height of the towers with a massing that steps down towards the rue des Bas, its layered tiers showcasing the Grandes Sœurs. Our architecture contrasts with the surrounding orthogonal grid, playing with strong horizontal lines and sculpted volumes that open up varied views to the south. Designed as progressive terraces, the buildings offer multiple orientations, while the massing is softened by outdoor spaces with curving lines. The façades, with their interplay of matte and glazed earth tones, give the whole a fluid, supple aesthetic. The play of curves heightens the project’s presence and its dialogue with its surroundings.

Typological diversity is the essence of the project: duplex penthouses, through apartments, dual and triple aspects, and a wide range of outdoor spaces, from private and shared terraces to private rooftops and contemplative gardens. This principle of diversity is reflected in the many ways of living the project offers, enriching the residential experience throughout.

Transparent and deep, the ground floors reveal varied perspectives that enhance the regeneration of the neighbourhood and the definition of its residential spaces. They bring energy and vitality to the entire site, while ensuring a seamless visual continuity between public and private space.
