Bucky, Carton plein !

As part of the “Minimaousse 4” micro-architecture competition, thirteen architects were invited to design a cardboard playhouse for children.

While the mainstream theme was to “awaken the child within us,” the agency turned this idea on its head by combining science with dreams.

The result is a hybrid between a pebble, a cave, and a sea urchin that is empty and without spines, heavily inspired by the work of engineer Buckminster Fuller. It’s amazing what can be built with triangles…
