César joined Hamonic+Masson & Associés in 2010.

After studying at the Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela, he graduated from the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris in 2010, winning the prize for the best diploma, the year he began working with Jean-Christophe Masson. He graduated from the DESS Architecture des Milieux in 2014 (ESA, Paris), where he acquired specific skills in urban planning and ecology.

With a wealth of experience at the agency, César develops large-scale projects (Tour Alta in Le Havre, Métamorphose in Angers), supervises worksites and oversees major residential, facilities and office programs.
