This project sits in the urban context of the nearby boulevard and green surroundings of the parc and neighbouring green corridor.

Curves and continual balconies distinguish the building from surrounding structures, creating a breathing point in the housing scheme.

The differing scales and levels create a varied silhouette in the skyline as well as multiple views and orientations.

The design principal provides each apartment with a large balcony and a true outside living space. This quality of living has also been developed for the interiors and different typologies.
