ZAC Bédier
Paris, France
Situated in a transitional area between Paris and Ivry, this mixed-use project is structured around a wide opening that leads to a viewpoint overlooking the city.
We wanted something that would support the city’s development, a void shaped by a range of roles that would bring hybridization into the heart of the city. The sum of the different parts creates a sense of community, and the offices are designed in a sensuous, fluid and evanescent style is suitably informal.

We designed it more like a wave or a snake, imitating the curve of the ring road and the incessant stream of cars. The project becomes a skyline and the architectural shape varies with the changing light.
